About Our New Orleans Property Management

When we say full-service, we mean it with “property management” being a catch-all term for what we do. You can explore the different aspects of our service (E.g. Tenant Placement, Rent Collection, Accounting, Maintenance, Eviction Services). But again, it all falls under property management – you just tell us what you need, and we’ll take care of the rest. We are full service, as there are no a la carte services.

It’s very simple: maintenance calls are easily the largest headache in owning a rental property. And we make sure they are 100% handled. We perform most maintenance tasks and small repairs in-house. By utilizing our own professional staff for this, we keep both costs and response time low. For larger projects, we have an array of trusted contractors who we’ve developed long relationships with and you will benefit from the preferred pricing that each of these vendors provide for us as we pass that along directly to you.

Easy Accounting

We utilize a web-based property management platform, which allows emailed monthly statements, online work orders, online rent pay, and marketing. We make the financials simple. Your rental income is deposited into your account, the monthly and year end statements are perfectly prepared, and you’ll never have to worry about accounting again.

  • Manage and maintain security deposits (we utilize trust accounts)
  • Direct Deposit owner disbursements (via ACH)
  • Monthly owner statements emailed on the 15th of each month

We oversee maintenance projects, small and large, to free you up from all the details. Many repairs are done in-house, keeping cost and response time low.
